Our experience with BTZ Audio was a good one, from start to finish. The sales guy Bob Erwin, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Upon accepting the proposal we were given a date and time frame for the completion of the project. Our installation guy was Jason Burke who arrived on time and went straight to work. Although we had a few unforeseen installation problems, Jason went above and beyond and revised the initial plan and got the job done! This job took much longer then we all initially expected and I know this must have been frustrating for Jason, but he maintained his professionalism and friendly demeanor.
I recommend you ask for Jason Burke to do your install, he did a GREAT job!!!
