I have visited many big and tall locations over the years. When this location opened I was excited to have another place for big and tall clothing.
I had the pleasure and fortune of meeting an amazing lady name Zhinos Movahed. She is one the best and one of the most friendly, knowledgeable, customer focused person I have met. She has remembered my wife and I by name from day one even when I did not stop in for several months. She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy and feel awesome in your cloths.
They have on site alterations and do custom shirts as well. They have everything from your toes to your head to make your outfit complete. They also have a pretty good online option to order sizes or colors you may not see in the store.
There are other people who work there that do well. However, one that is not very friendly at all which is why I dropped one star. My interactions with that individual have been less than enjoyable.
Overall they do a great job and have great service. It’s well worth the trip to stop by and make sure to ask for Zhinos!
