Parking lots are confusing, if your friends wanna come over and visit you, be careful about where your friends park. Visitor parking lots are mixed up with others, don’t assume that whole area is for visitors and they will tow your car as fast as collecting bets off table. Also, tell your friends that they might have to climb over the fence at night, since the stupid complex has no way out for PEOPLE after they shut the door, but it s understandable, cuz there was a robbery with gunshot in this complex, which you can’t really blame for anyone but this location.

If I could leave less than a star I would. I have had nothing but issues with this complex. They are constantly making changes and have the poorest communication of anywhere I have ever lived. Not to mention the crime in the area. The «security» gate doesn’t work half of the time, so don’t be fooled.

I have lived here for about 5 months, I love it for the most part, I have a view of trees from my patio, it’s gorgeous. My only issues are that the gates were closed only for about a week since my living here, I picked Edgewood because it was gated, had many other cheaper options, so it is very annoying that the gates are never closed anymore. Secondly, I have a high efficiency washer and dryer that doesn’t correctly fit in the space provided for them so I cannot close the doors to cover them up. Staff is very nice and since they just got a new manager maintenance requests are done promptly. I overall recommend this apartment complex as long as the gates being open 24⁄7 does not bother you.

They keep up the apts well. Staff has been friendly so far with my 1 year experience of being here. We got the basic 2 bdrm/​2 bath. Spacious rooms and closets except for I love to cook and the pantry is way too deep and food gets pushed back too far to where I can barely reach it. Crown molding also makes it look nice inside. Generally a quiet place to live, feel safe, and is conveniently close to 121 and I-​35.

I Have Been Living Here For A Few Months I Like The Layouts But Sometimes The People Are Not Always Friendly And Some Of The People That Live Here Complain About Anything And Everything! Sometimes The Hottub Doesn’t Work But All Around Its A Quiet Place To Live In Peace!

From what I’ve seen so far, it definitely looks great! The rent $$$?? GREAT VALUES! The interior for all units are upgraded, which is fabolous. They even have crown moldings! What I love best is the layout. It’s so unique and different. Something you would not really expect for their prices.
It is a great place to live if you love nice interiors (who doesn’t?) and want to save some money. It’s definitely hard to find really nice places like this for a low rent.
