ive been debating writing a review, but im going to. i love the shop. the clothes are cute i can find nice quality things. sometimes the prices are a bit steep, but ive never tried to ask if they take less so i cant honestly say if u can offer lower or not. but i dnt think u can. the dressing area is cute but id like a more than a curtain.(suggestion) while i was there i was asked by the lady at the counter if i would«nominate them» for some county best thing contest and id get 15% off my purchase. well i did it and nominated them right there on my phone and she made me show her. she got all giddy and jumpy(really she jumped up and down) that was ok. my experience was fine but she asked me to vote once it started and then id get 10% off then. idk i dnt like voting for gain. it seems like im selling myself. if she had just said«vote for us» i might have because i like the store. still a nice place. i would suggest shopping here for some unique finds. and being next door to kid to kid is nice for me so i can shop for my child too

My absolute favorite consignment shop in the area. I can always find several great things to take home, and the prices are amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the selection is amazing. Even my picky 12 year old daughter found a stack of things for her back to school shopping. I’ll be visiting here a lot.

Not impressed with any of the customer service. I asked to see some items in the glass and felt like it was to much of a problem for the lady. Not certain, but I got the feeling she was the manager or owner. If I was asking her a question about an item, she would have to greet each person and say what can I help you with, when I thought she was helping me. I understand the need to greet people but please focus on who you are helping. This was my first time in the shop and I asked her about shopping there and she went on to hand me a paper about selling. I said I was not selling and wanting to shop. She then still explained the selling and highlighted the paper. I then roamed the store and found a few items to try on. I went back to try on and she said, we ribbon the items you are trying on. Yeah thanks but you told me nothing about the store so I was winging it. I then decided it was not worth to keep dealing with this store and left. Would have been nice to buy the items I was loving and not feel like I was more of an inconvenience.

This is probably my new favorite consignment find, along with Uptown Cheapskate. All my favorite name brands and in excellent condition for a fraction of the price? Uh… yes, please! There is even a play area for my daughter. Like the review before me, I also have mixed feelings about the sales associate. I think it’s just a dry sense of humor, but it does come across as condescending at times. It’s definitely worth a try if you are looking for some good finds, though!

I’m short on time but wanted to add a quick review: I think this is my favorite consignment shop ever(with Revolving Closet its main rival). The prices are generally really amazing, although there are some exceptions(the biggest pricing issue I saw was a Michael Kors pair of pants with the tags still attached from Neiman’s Last Call indicating a lesser price than what Encore was asking by a fairly large amount!). I had mixed feelings about the sales associate, she seemed a bit condescending, but sometimes very nice and helpful — maybe a cultural or just weird vibe thing going on? Anyways, she was professional enough, and I spent two hours in the store — WAY longer than I should have, and walked out with a very healthy assortment of name brand items for under 150.00! That makes me very happy. :)

Two car loads of items and two weeks later I went back to the store and only the expensive items were gone. Oddly enough, they didn’t sell. I assume someone took them home. I had Neiman Marcus clothing and made $ 55 off everything. Loubi shoes, LV bags and Carmen Marc Valvo clothing. Then was told what didn’t sell after three months they would donate. About a year later I actually saw some of my dresses I had taken there. They didn’t donate them… I would never refer anyone to this store.

This is a cute little consignment boutique. The women were friendly and helpful, and there was lots of inventory. I found two very cute items to buy, and put several of my own items up for sale. If you have items to sell, you enter around back and they will go through and choose what they like. Your items are put on the racks, and when they are sold, you will be sent the money. You can choose to get 40% cash or 50% of the price in store credit for your items sold. If your items aren’t purchased in 90 days, you can choose to pick them up or donate them. The website details the whole process. If you’re in the area, this place is definitely worth checking out!
