Just had them over to tint my windows, and so glad I did. They showed up on time, were careful around my walls and furniture, and were generally pleasant and professional.
Tim himself does the estimates, and he was kind enough to come in the evening to do it. He helped me choose the best film for my situation, and offered a Saturday installation for my convenience.
I will surely hire them again for window tinting in my new home.

My home office faces west and gets *very* hot in the afternoons and evening, even in the spring (much less the Texas summer.) I started searching around for solar screens since my parents had some which worked well.
I landed on Tim’s page here on Unilocal and other places when searching when I learned about the tinting product from 3M as an alternative. After some other research, I decided to go this way.
Tim, his support staff on the phone, and the crew I met were all quite professional and informative when I had questions. They came out and installed today and I am no short of amazed at how much heat and light it blocks out. Not to mention the added privacy and the fact you can still see out extremely clearly. Think like a nice pair of sunglasses — the glare and intensity of the blazing sun is gone, but the light itself still makes it in.
This afternoon has been far more pleasant working. I’ll update later if anything changes my opinion, but so far so good.
The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is the job was rather expensive comparatively considering how long it took to instal. That was a bit of a bummer.
But I’ll say that if I decide to do more of my windows, I’ll be calling Tim and crew.
