Check in was pretty long as there are quite a few people here but the receptionist guy was helpful they are open 8 – 12 only on Saturday so this location was ideal because I had to fast. I will update if my stick is a bad experience but so far no bad considering the long wait.

I called before coming here to see if they would be there for a quick blood draw since it was so close to closing. They said they would so I drove all the way here, arrived 5 minutes before closing and the doors were locked. Wish they would have just said no and not wasted my time.

First and foremost this review is not for the facility itself, but for the phlebotomist/tech. Amanda was THE best«stick» ever! She drew me without pain and omg I did not get a huge bruise like I usually do with others. I’m so glad I found her. So happy she works for LabCorp because that is my preferred labs for insurance. Well so picture to prove no bruise. I look forward to seeing her again!

I get blood work at least 2x a year and I’m a difficult draw because I have rolling veins. However, most good phlebotomists draw my blood without issue using a special needle or they just ‘have the touch’. My experience with this LabCorp in Lewisville has been really bad. I’ve had them stab and then dig around in my arm until I just said stop. I’ve had them cause bleeding that made half my arm bruised and bloody and took a month to fully heal. Once or 2x it’s been fine but the other times it was so bad that I started dreading going and worrying that they would cause injury or just not be able to draw the blood I needed tested for an upcoming physician appt. I found an excellent LabCorp in Frisco through another Unilocaler CrazyE than I can now rely upon draw my blood without trauma. I will gladly make the drive rather than have the worry and trauma.

Be prepared to be on their schedule. Not sure why they bother with making appointments

You can tell that the fat blonde at the front desk hates her job. She won’t even say hello to you, she’ll just say, «can you write your name on the paper» in a voice that makes it seem like you being there is a burden to her. And she’s lazy af. She won’t take the time to type in your information on the computer to let you into your appointment if it’s two minutes to lunch. No. Her stomach wouldn’t allow her to work for two more minutes. Miss piggy isn’t a real nurse, just someone in scrubs who sits at the front desk.
