Nutrishop

I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was very nice and helpful yesterday Sat Oct 10, 2015. I’m a newbie and my trainer at Jesse James Fit suggested this place. I needed BCAA and she let me sample a flavor to make sure I could live with it. :) I also bought chocolate whey powder and she gave me a sample of salted caramel to take with me and try. I’m off to a good start and she made me feel comfortable as a newbie. I’ll be back.

First off, easy to get to right off Main St. Being new to the area, it was a relief to find this place so easily. It’s super close as well. Secondly, my husband and I are thoroughly pleased with the service we were given and how attentive our salesperson, Mitch, was to our needs. Having taken Vasacore for a couple years, we thought it was time to change and get something to help boost our energy levels in a major way. I am so happy Mitch suggested N’SANE. It has greatly improved our energy before, during, and after working out as well as given us immediate results.
However, though the store is in a reasonable location, the surrounding area is not as clean as Nutrishop. It is an older looking strip mall, but it has no effect on the shop. The store is super clean, practically looking new. I can’t wait to go back!

I was very impressed with Nutrishop. To be honest I generally loathe having to make a trip to GNC and I’ll generally buy online; however, I was out of protein and needed some today.
My brother recommended Nutrishop along with exactly what to buy. I walked in and I was able to find what I was looking for immediately, the place is very clean, easy to navigate, and there’s not so many different products on the shelves that you aren’t immediately overwhelmed. They seem to have just the key products and not a lot of crap like GNC.
So I walk in immediately spot what I’m looking, I grab it and walk to the counter. I expecting to have to feign interested or otherwise immediately shoot down any upselling since I’m not typically one to buy anything without looking into it first. Low and behold I walk up to the counter and Mitch lets me know he uses the Pro7ein Synthesis which I am purchasing and explains a few of the benefits of the mixture. He seems genuinely interested in informing me of my purchase instead of pressing me to buy something else as well. In fact Mitch never tried to up-​sell me at all which I greatly appreciate, in my opinion there’s nothing worse than an employee trying to complicate a sale due to corporate policy, commission, etc.
Also Mitch must have the memory of an elephant because after telling Mitch my last name he immediately named my brother and asked if I was related. I asked my brother about this and he said Mitch remembered his name a full year after first going in there.
Way to go Mitch, way to know your clients, and way to win over a customer. It is VERY difficult for me to give up the convenience of buying online but I will absolutely be returning to Nutrishop for all my nutritional needs. Unfortunately that’ll only be once every two months but I really was extremely impressed and I am as surprised as I am grateful to be able to give a vitamin/​nutrition shop such an outstanding review.
