I love red lobster normally and have loved my experience at other locations but this one smelled weird. And the food was not as good as I was used to being served. My service was great.

This restaurant is A-ok. Nothing beyond your expectation. Although they don’t have good review, this place is worth trying on any day when you feel like to go for seafood pasta and steak on the same plate.

We sat at the bar for lunch because it was packed. Our waiter Jeremy was excellent, quick to refill our sodas, and always asked us if we needed anything. I normally don’t like to eat at the bar at restaurants but I had the BEST all around service of 2015 from Jeremy. Food was excellent and I was blown away by the service we received. I will definitely be back.

Server was not attentive to all his tables, you can tell he profiled his tables on who he tought would leave him the best tip, table behind use got suggestions and information, I asked for more butter and got none, thanks for being a terrible server Manuel! My wife and I were here as my birthday dinner, sevice was below average, didn’t ask if we would like desert or even if everything was well after our food arrived. I have loved red lobster since I was a little kid and go to red lobster every year on my birthday I will definitly never come to this location again. This location should teach the server that kissing the ass of people who look like they will give a good tip is not acceptable. After receiving the bill I waited an additional 10 minutes for Manuel to pick it up so I could pay and leave. The restaurant was not busy. So his poor service was reflected in the tip.

Restaurant was almost empty when we got here. A party of 7 and we made up almost half of the patrons. Service was slow considering how few people where here. I had the lobster linguini which was ok. Nothing to write home to mom about. I can’t see myself ordering it again. Our waiter was extremely friendly and courteous. But the service was unnecessarily slow.

This place has awful service. The servers were rude and inconciderate. They messed up my order three times and did not attempt to fix it. Do not eat here if you want to have even a remote amount of quality service. I will never return period.

Nice service. Good fun for family. The little lad liked watching the live lobsters. The lobster bake had these miniature lobster tails, that lacked any real flavor or substance. For the price of $ 25 a normal lobster tail could have been served. This lobster bake dish was a disappointment. Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

Don’t see why this place has so many bad reviews. Really don’t. Great food for decent prices, like every other red lobster in the world, biscuits are amazing, and the Staff from what I have experienced, is very friendly. Haven’t had a problem yet, and hopefully never will since this place is maybe a 3 Minute drive from my house.

We had a party of eleven for dinner on Saturday evening and were seated quickly at a lovely long table in its own quiet area. We were given two waiters who were so attentive to every detail and made sure everything was perfect. Food was delicious, as expected. Not sure why some ratings are low. Every time we have eaten at this location, we have had a truly great experience.

My husband and I went to this red lobster because of the location. We normally go to the one in Frisco but however, we went to this one because we were in the area. Our waitress name was Fabby. She was new and I could tell. She didnt even bring our bread to us until we asked another waitor for it. After we got our salads, it took another 20 to 25 minutes before we got our meal. The food was luke warm and the pasta was sticking together like it had been sitting there for quite some time. You live and you learn by going to other places and that all franchises are not going to be the same. We will stick to one in Frisco and not here.

I don’t know why there are so many horrible reviews for this Red Lobster, but I have always come here and had good service whether dine in or take out. I always get my extra tartar sauce and when dining in they always give us extra cheddar bay biscuits with our to-go box. This is my one of the only seafood spots in Lewisville really so we come here when we don’t want to drive too far.

I wish I could post a more thorough review, but I was unable to make it past being seated. After entering I was greeted not only by the hostess but what seemed to be 20 pounds of dead fish. I might be exaggerating a bit, it might have been 19 ½ pounds of dead fish. The smell of rotting fish was so bad when we walked in we almost turned right around and left. With a look at each other, we thought maybe some had just passed terrible gas near the hostess, so we forged on to be seated. I normally do not mind to sit at a table when a restaurant is busy, but it was the middle of the day, approximately 330 and there were numerous booths open for seating. Now we were seated at our table. *Sniff* *Sniff*, no the smell of death is still in the air. With one look and a nod, we left without looking back. I am not sure if the smell was coming from the lobster tank or what. If you like to eat wearing a gas mask, then it will be a five star review for you. If not pass.

What you see, is what you get. Red Lobster has decent seafood for a decent price. Try to go here during Crabfest, they have some great options during that time of year.

Dinner here on a Saturday night was a bust. The time was 40 mins wait outside in heat. We got table and waited another 20 mins to order. And waited another 30 mins to get food and another 40 mins to get ticket and pay. Food was horrible.
