My wire and I stopped off here and had the Sapphire burger. Best burger in town. Also the staff was polite and friendly. Beautifully decorated too.

A hidden gem tucked in the back of an antique mall! Worth the trip. The food is delicious. The southwest chicken wrap was full of flavor with very fresh ingredients. Highly recommend! Our server was so pleasant & greeted us with a smile.

Recently had a bridal shower at Sapphire’s. Though we ordered something simple(salads and chicken salad sandwiches) the food was still something we were talking about after we left. In terms of salads and sandwiches, it doesn’t get much better. The serving sizes were great, our glasses were always full and the service was friendly. Chef Angie is awesome! I would definitely recommend for lunch or a special occasion and I can’t wait to go back!

Normally I’d have never eaten at this place… I didn’t even know it existed until my neighbor opened a booth inside the antique mall that Sapphire’s Café calls home. She had dined there several times and told me that the food was delicious, so I decided to go there with her for lunch on my birthday. In all the post MasterChef chaos, the fresh, simple menu was refreshing and familiar… a selection of lovely sandwiches, including delicious-sounding burgers, as well as some creative, yet approachable salads. I ordered the lunch trio… half a sandwich, a side, and soup(or salad). The tuna salad was yummy(as was my neighbor’s egg salad) and the creamy wild rice soup was exceptional(as was my neighbor’s tomato basil). The true star of my meal was the pasta salad, with mini penne, bacon, and tomatoes in a zesty vinaigrette. One of the better pasta salads I’ve had anywhere. Service was exceptionally friendly and personal, and I even go to meet the executive chef, who was delightful. The décor is quaint, and after lunch you can stroll through the fascinating booths of the antique gallery while you digest. All in all… a very surprising find less than a mile from my house! I can’t wait to go back. *UPDATE* I’ve dined twice at Sapphire’s since the review I wrote above, both times in the same week. The last time they had their legendary cheese-steak special… slow-cooked ribeye, caramelized onions and peppers, and provolone on a soft brioche, with house-made honey mustard for dipping. It was SUPERB… may, in fact, be the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had anywhere. I also was with a larger group and got to sample more of the menu… their Hawaiian salad and Hawaiian wrap(similar ingredients) are wildly delicious, with the protein being a dry rubbed pork tenderloin that is one of the most delicious things I’ve eaten. Their signature burger, which I think is ½ pound of pure Angus, tasted like BEEF(a pleasant surprise, considering most restaurant burgers I’ve had recently), and their combo of toppings accented, rather than overwhelmed, the beef flavor, which is rarely the case at most restaurants. Very refreshing. And I think I’ve now worked my way through their entire dessert menu(which constantly rotates) and the highlights were: Tres Leches — FABULOUS. An almost short-cake like dense cake which stands up well to the cream-soaking that renders most versions of this cake soggy and gross. German Chocolate — Dense and rich, with homemade chocolate chips and loads of coconut. Cheesecake — Light and fluffy, almost mousse-like.the way I like it. And the best for last: The baklava ice cream cake. This is something I’d NEVER have dreamed up. Layers of honey-soaked baklava sandwiching vanilla ice cream, drizzled with a honey sauce. UNREAL, defies description. All in all, an utterly surprising hidden gem in Lewisville.
