The Home Depot

The people here are always so friendly. Sometimes it is hard to find someone if it’s busy, but it is usually because they are helping someone else.

I visited on 2016-​01-​15 and rented a truck. Brandon was honestly the nicest, easiest CSR of any retail company I’ve dealt with as far as I can remember. He was efficient, polite, and helpful.
In the past, the tool rental dept has been just as helpful and polite.

never had a bad experience. they have just about anything u need for any project. the staff is helpful and usually knows where something is. or can point u in the right direction.

I had such a nice experience at Home Depot today. I’ve been to Walmart, Lowe’s, and then finally the Home Depot looking for a box fan. Corey was so nice, and said he knew he saw fans somewhere just the other day. So he asked for help and it took 3 people to find the fans, but they were on an upper rack. He got a ladder. That was so nice. You do not see service like that anymore.

This location is so big, nice, and clean. Very friendly staffs. Service is outstanding. They’re always happy to help you out and find things. Neat organization. Easy to find things.

Not only did I experience good customer service but good honesty here, too!
Start off, I was holding my wallet and cell phone together in one hand. I paid for the wood I bought. I went to joann after for foam and I noticed my cell phone missing. I had my wallet with me. I didn’t understand why I had my wallet but not my cell phone because I was holding them together. I dug through my purse and didn’t see it. Drove back to Home Depot and it was saved!!! Thank you so much for turning my cell phone in Home Depot employee! And thank for calling my mom and friends to let them know about my cell phone! I can’t thank you enough! I’m so grateful!
Customer service here is awesome! What do girls know about wood? Nothing!!! I’m feeling in touch with my creative side and decided to go buy stuff for crafts. I came in, looking around for help to point me to the right direction. One of their employees was busy stocking and I would have been content with him just telling me where to get my stuff. He dropped what he was doing to help me. I told the guy I needed wood for a headboard. He pointed me to a few he thought would be best. He also helped me get everything else I needed for my headboard like adhesive spray and hooks. He was so friendly! He stuck with me till I was done getting everything I needed for my project. I’m so grateful for that!!! Don’t find customer service like that anymore !!

Home Depots are so big I always look for an orange apron upon entering rather than wandering around for what I’m looking for. Sometimes I look along time for that apron, but not here. I approached the first one I saw and the young lady was deaf and quickly pulled out her note pad for me to write down my question. Too bad my daughter wasn’t with me. She is fluent in ASL. The young lady then took me to the right aisle, but neither of could locate exactly what I was looking for and she left to get help. Shortly after another employee approached and helped me find what i need and explained issues I might encounter installing the item. What a team of helpful employees. At the self-​checkout the pleasure continued as another employee and I engaged in some small talk as I left. Best Home Depot I have ever been to!

I was very dissapointed with Home Depot. I just purchased $ 900 worth of product online to pick-​up at this store. I wrote a review on it online at Home depot giving them 3 stars for water damaged laminate floors. I submitted photos and actually praised the product in every other aspect except the water damage (which costs them 2 stars only) and the home depot REJECTED my online review… really, it’s «MY» review… It was a very good and honest review that was detailed and included 2 pictures of the product I installed and reviewed… I guess they want to dictacte their customer’s opinions… I will not shop here anymore. Like I already do, I will use AMAZ ON for 90% of my home improvement products and the other store LOWs for the rest.

I guess Home Depot saw my Unilocal review, LOL. I received an email the next day saying that my review was «approved» and published. I will now lift my boycott on the Home Depot! :)

great service and lots of help, saturdays’ are a little crazy though

I work here! And I love it. My co workers are like a huge family. We enjoy the company of our many regulars. I look forward to seeing all my contractor friends each morning down on the «pro» end. And did I mention Eddys hot dogs out front? We all eat them every day. Best around town guarenteed.
I know we arent perfect all the time, but honestly, every day I hear from customers how much they love coming in our home depot. Many people who shop here are on a first name basis with the employees and seek knowledge weekly.
Wednesdays during 7 – 4 arent the best time to come in seeking advice or needing immediate assistance on the lumber end. That tends to be the busiest day.
