The girls at the front desk are very helpful, attentive and sweet.
Needed four shirts for an athletic team. The owner recommended a certain shirt and based upon this expertise, I moved forward with the recommendation. Upon receiving the shirts, they were cut way too short for the sport we play to the point that when the players raised their arms their bellys showed. I naturally assumed they would fix their error and allow us to get four new shirts at no cost, since they recommended the shirts in the first place. Clearly this would be a «drop in the bucket» for them and not a huge impact to their bottom line — just doing the right thing. The owner said it was not his fault and refused to assist us in getting shirts that fit properly at no additional cost. I was shocked at the customer service.

I like this local custom shop. I’ve had many things done with them to include patches, monogramming, and vinyl stickers. All the ladies in the front have been very nice and helpful and they all do good work. My only complaint is that if you don’t tell them that you’re in a rush, they won’t move very fast. I guess that’s because they have so much business.
