The first visit wasn’t that great. Had to repeat my order because the person wasn’t paying attention to me. Then my ice cream was delivered to me way before my food was. (A order of chicken sandwiches for 2 with ice creams to go). The food was the good ol DQ food but had to put the melting ice creams in the freezer while we ate. (Blizzards). I live 2 blocks away so its not like I had a long drive. The last few times Ive went back the service has improved each time, is why i rank 4 stars for now.

I am pretty disappointed in this particular DQ. I have been 2 times to order meals and both sandwiches looked sad. I think the DQ further north is better. I probably won’t be going back for the food, but their deserts are still very good.

Check your order before you leave. We’ve gone 3 times and each time a major part of our meal is missing or half there.

Manager is so nice and he has great customer service skills most of the employees seem friendly at least the ones we had serving us. The food is amazing I love how they are a grill and not just a ice cream shop. Really a great place for family and friends to get together.

Finally opened! Friendly staff and great ice cream. However they do not have Choco Cherry Love Blizzards. If you want that flavor, you still have to travel to Charlotte Hall DQ. Other than that, it’s great!!!
