I purchase all my chemicals at this store because the customer service is excellent. When you bring a sample of your water, they put it in their little test tubes and get a computer print out telling you what you need. Of course, you can purchase that need right in their store, but there has never been any pressure to buy stuff. The company I purchased my hot tub from (out of town) gave really bad directions for chemical balance, and this little local company has been spot on with every recommendation so that my water is crystal clear and clean now.
