1 Star only because the food is normally good if doing take out. Tonight I ordered delivery and waited 2 hours for nothing. The food order was canceled by the manager for some BS excuse! Meanwhile my kids are hungry. My wife finally got thru to them on the phone and was also told by the manager that they were told not to answer the phones. Ive seen how this staff operates. My last visit the employees argued in front of customers about who was going to answer the phone as it rang and rang. Corporate needs to come in and clean house. There is absolutely no acceptable excuse for this store being ran the way it is. I will never ever be a customer at this location again !! I will go up the street and pay $ 30 a pie first!!!

Moved up from VA where the pizza was mediocre at best just grease, sauce and crust. Ordered my second pizza here and it’s F@cking amazing. who the F? ck do you guys have cooking the pizza back there freaking Chef Ramsey?! Amazing! Did take a really odd amount of time to get here or maybe the Chef was just cooking it with like UV lights for perfection idk Bravo to Chef Hut back there.

We placed an order online and had a confirmation that it would be available at 11:15 during lunch today. 2.9.15. Unfortunately, when my husband arrived, the pizza wasn’t ready. Bummer. I ordered online to save time as advertised and was quite disappointed with the service. Our order was only 1 thin 2 topping pizza! It wasn’t some big difficult order.
Even after waiting a few minutes longer, when my husband inquired AGAIN… how much longer. He was told it would take another 10 minutes before it would be available. Eventually, he just left without the pizza. That is unacceptable and needless to say our lunch hour was a BUST. I would never recommend the Lexington Park, MD Pizza Hut there service is POOR!

Omg they suck. Not only did I wait an hour and a half for my pizza, but it was cold. Both the pizza and the buffalo wings looked like they had been sitting under a heater for hours. There was practically no meat on the wings, and the meat that Was on there was hard and chewy. Gross. The weird part on top of being served cold pizza, it was soggy. Double gross.

I was always a fan of PIzza Hut, but man has their quality suffered through the years. I just recently ordered a Dinner Box and a large pizza. The Dinner Box came with a medium square pizza, 5 breadsticks, and 10 cinnamon/​sugar sticks. Both pizzas where rather bland. The crust was spongy and, surprisingly, there wasn’t a lot of grease. The bread sticks where just spongy crust with little flavor.
I placed the order online and the food arrived about 20mins earlier than the confirmation email stated.
Overall I am seriously disappointed with Pizza Hut. I am not so sure Ill even go back.
