This was my first experience with this company and definitely my last. I called to order a funeral arrangement since I am out of state. I asked if I was able to add a message to the card that went with it and the woman I talked to proceeded to laugh and say «depends on what you want on it, the cards aren’t very long.» You would think a company would show a little more compassion when someone is ordering an arrangement for a sad occasion.
After taking down my credit card information, I had then had ask how much the final cost was before she hung up. Very disappointed in how they handle customer service.
