I used to go here to get my nails done all the time. But I won’t return any time soon. The last time I visited this salon the lady doing my fill-in cut my finger pretty deep with the grinder tool. She tried to hide it, but obviously I felt it. Then to add icing on the cake I learned that they’ve been overcharging me for a long time. I gave this salon 2 stars instead of 1ONLY because their polish selection is great.

Please speak English. The pedicure was excellent and I will return but it’s so rude to have people who CAN speak English not do so the entire time.

Over priced for little effort. Pedicure was basically hot water and them applying nail polish. My feet still have callous and I’m sure it was about 10 mins of work when they tell you it’s 25 – 30 mins. Not cool. The lady who gave me a manicure was on her cell phone and then cursing. I’ll never go back.

So I decided to give this place a try as the sign said Grand Opening and it had a manicure /pedicure special for $ 35. I opted out of the manicure and just got the pedicure. Man, have I experienced MUCH better from lower-class nail salons. To make this easier, I’m going to break down my review into pros and cons. Pros: Nice massaging chairs; nice polish color /brand selection; flat screen televisions; nice ambiance Con: No nail dryer(how do you have a nail salon with no dryer!) Another turn off of mine was that the tech asked me to put my feet back in the water after she lotioned them. Huh? Never, in all the years I’ve been getting pedicures, has that occurred. It seems so senseless. Additionally, the tech cut a piece of my skin off my toe trying to trim dead skin around the cuticle and didn’t even clear it all. Finally, she didn’t even put work into scrubbing my heels and bottoms of my feet. It was probably all of 3 – 4 swipes. I will certainly have to find another nail salon because this place is NOT it.
