It’s a little better than 2 stars, but not quite a 3. The ice cream relies more on sugar than flavor and is at best average creaminess. For me, it doesn’t compare well with premium brands. I tried the chocolate peanut butter and cherries jubilee. The chocolate had huge slabs of solid peanut butter(or so it’s called), hard to eat with a plastic spoon and I was glad I hadn’t ordered a cone. The cherries jubilee was meh with minimal flavor or cherries. I wasn’t jubilant about the jubilee. Staff was friendly, parking was adequate.

This was my first time at Baskin Robins. I came on a Saturday afternoon — my friend and I were the only customers. Staff was friendly. There are lots of flavors to choose from — the classics like vanilla and chocolate chip, as well as non-traditional ones like Spider-Man and blueberry cheesecake, if you’re feeling adventurous. There was one lactose-free option, which I thought was nice. There’s also a selection of ice cream cakes. The place is very spacious. Ample seating. Good for families or friends to hang out. The ice cream itself was okay — not bad but nothing out of this world. I got one scoop of chocolate chip and cookie dough and one scoop of blueberry cheesecake. They are almost a bit too sweet for me. Greater’s is still my favorite ice cream place in Lexington.

If I could give it no stars I would!!! The older lady that works at the Beaumont location is miserable and never says hi or even acknowledges us. She needs to learn manners! Made my ice cream experience terrible! I’ve had good experience with all the other employees. But every time she is terrible!

I’m a huge ice cream fan. The staff seems to be nice although they usually only have one person working. Not good during after dinner rush!
