I have used Bates Security several times now and I have always been satisfied with them. I have moved a few too many times over the last 20 years but in each home I have had their service. I have always been impressed with their professionalism. Their knowledge in designing a system that works for me is good and the installation of the actual system is done by a seemingly well trained and professional technician. Their inside staff has always taken care of any of my needs when I call in. Bottom line I am happy with the services I have received and I have recommend them to many people. They are a locally owned company which is always a plus for me.

I found out the hard way. They told me it was a 2 year contract and I find out it was a 4 year contract after the first 2 year contract was completed. Same old equipment. I agree should have went with a national company. Not to mention the contract price went up on me after the first year. it is going to be a long 3 more years. Buyer beware!!!
