My wife and I were able to drill down and find the just the right color and grade from an ingenious display.
Like any other carpet store or a big box flooring department, carpet samples were arranged according to color and height etc. but instead of gigantic, heavy, books or dusty shelves, Carpet One samples are Velcro-​attached to multiple trays which rotate in a Ferris wheel fashion –the set up reminded me of those display cases you will see in coin & jewelry stores.
A motion switch is mounted for the salesperson to operate giving them control to rotate the trays forward or in reverse. As the trays rotate each passes through an optimal viewing top shelf position, brightly illuminated, only inches away from inspection.
The entire experience, from selection to installation, was first rate and I would recommend this store to Unilocalers everywhere:-)

I’m totally tickled with the service I received from Carpet One. From the day I first walked into the store until this afternoon when the installers drove away, absolutely everything was perfect. Charleston helped me through the fast and efficient sales process; Carrie came to measure, exactly on time; Dave called for an installation appointment (which I rescheduled to another date, which was accommodated to my total satisfaction); to the installers, Sean and Adam, who were on time, professional, polite, and real craftsmen. Three rooms with closets, in and out in 6 hours, and old carpet and padding hauled away. I wish I had more rooms to do! It can not get any better than this. Call Charleston. Don’t worry, and be happy, very happy!
