When I originally purchased this arcade machine the company was very friendly and prompt to respond. However once I had the machine for 13 months and it no longer worked they did not assist me. I have sent countless emails and voicemails to get my machine up and running and no one responds. I received one email asking questions to trouble shoot which I quickly responded to and since then which was the first week in February have not received any communication. These machines are way too expensive to quit working after 13 months. I am so disappointed!

Castle Classic Arcade is awesome! They sell the best arcade games and pinball machines! I have bought several arcade games and pinball machines from them and they aim to please! Top level service and top level products!!!
