This KinderCare has been great with my son! He now 9 months and has been attending for the last 6. It was reassuring that they took great care in helping my son get adjusted to the new environment. They have been a wonderful help to me as we transitioned to baby and solid foods. They have a well balanced meal plan so I know he is getting introduced to a wide variety of healthful foods. His Grandparents just loved the Christmas presents KinderCare helped him make. :) I highly recommend this place to others.

I would NEVER send my child to this facility while it is employing some of the current staff. When we first enrolled our child in the Spring of 2014, we were very happy with the center, but almost immediately, the staff began to be replaced and everything went drastically downhill from there. My husband and I were met with horrible attitudes from the teachers of our child’s class and upon observation, I witnessed the teachers just sitting at the table yelling at the children to solve disputes instead of interacting for a resolution. This Center needs to be investigated by the district managers. The kids in this class were clearly disruptive and unhappy.

My daughter has been attending Kinder Care since July. We are very happy with this facility. Everyone from the Director to the teaching staff are friendly. My daughter seems genuinely happy and enjoys going to school every day. My family is very happy with the service we have received from this facility… we most definitely recommend Ms. Rachel and the Custer Kinder Care to any parents who are looking for a friendly, safe learning environment for their child (ren).
