I contacted Doug at Elite on Monday due to our air conditioner not working. We came home from vacation on Sunday to find our house was 80 degrees inside. It was cooler outside than inside. So I opened the windows and decided to handle it on Monday. A friend recommended Doug at Elite so I called him and told him what was going on. On Monday afternoon I met him at the house and he fixed it by replacing on of the parts. He was quick and effective. It works great now. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will use them again!
