It’s like going to the Post Office. There is absolutely no sense of urgency from any of the staff. They’re just sitting there like a bump on a log waiting for you to do 80% of the work for them.
The tipping point for me was watching an elderly woman struggle with a box and the front door while an employee stood there staring at her with a blank stare and a cigarette.
I prefer the location on Winchester Road near Lowes much, much more…

This place is great. I always get my shipping done here as well as documents photocopied and put on USB drives. Sometimes they do not charge me at all for copying and putting them on. Thanks!
