Fixed In A Flash

Horrendous! I left an earring to have the post welded back on. When I came to pick it up, 5 small stones from it were completely missing, and the plating that had previously given it color was burned off. There was no comment about what happened until I said they had destroyed my earring. Then they wanted me to leave the mate, so they could «fix» it. One can imagine that I wasn’t interested in leaving the mate, for them to steal the stones from it as well.
This is the type of «jeweler» you’ve heard of, where you leave your diamond ring, and what you get back is a cubic zirconia. They claimed that the heat to weld the post on caused the damage — but if that’s the case, what did they do with the stones when they came off?
I am leaving these thieves 1 star, because zero isn’t an option.
Unless you want costume jewelry from the dollar store fixed, I would not ever take it here.

These guys are absolutely awful! Apparently flash means something different to them.

Every time I go in to get something fixed they don’t know how to simply explain my options. They act bothered to have another customer. They must be doing fine because they acted like they don’t need any business when I asked them to fix my watch. No sense of customer service!
