Gamestop

Normally GameStop is my spot. This was my first trip to GS trading in next Gen games. It may be my last. I’m fully aware of GameStop business model and it has created much revenue for this company. I respect it from a business point view. However as a consumer I feel used.
I brought in 360 dollars (not counting tax) worth of use games. I was offered a total of 25 dollars for all the games. It’s not about money because it was what I choose spend money on. No issues with what I spent. This is where I get frustrated. I’m looking on the used game rack and they selling the same games Im trading for 260 resale. Well over the 29.99% that the government allows before it’s considered loan sharing.
Imagine purchasing a use car with this mark up. You basically pay a Bentley price for a Lexus.
I guess 25 dollars is better than keeping games around collecting dust. Or maybe in ten years i will play these like I recently did with my dream cast games.
I guess I will keep these and play them in 10 years.

I love MY Gamestop. They take the time to know you personally! They always know what I’m looking for! A lot of the employees were from the other store that had recently closed. That was the best Gamestop, but this one come right in there, since most of the people are the same! My favorite past time is hanging at Gamestop yucking it up about games! Oh yeah, that’s what I’m talking about! Now we just need a Lego store and I’ll be set! Anywho, this is my most favorite Gamestop, and this is the only one I usually go to unless Holly the Nintendo rep is somewhere else!
