I had my children enrolled here for 6 months. One was pre-k and one was infant/toddler. The pre-k education promised was NOT delievered. They went through 3 different teachers and at one point had an aid watching over 30 pre-k children and no curriculum was taught. This is one of the most expensive day care/pre-k’s in the area compared to others and they were unable to deliver the services promised on their website and when I discussed with the director she insisted they were being taught, however one of the teachers that left assured me they were not being taught any of the curriculum. My toddler seemed to enjoy her teacher, but I was concerned at the number of children in the room. Almost the entire staff was rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to be curteous. I recently attempted to call and get their EIN number for tax purposes and they gave the incorrect number, when we called back they again gave 8 digits and the EIN is 9. When we stated it was only 8 digits the woman said, «yup, sure is» and hung up on us. Now I will be calling the IRS to find their EIN because how else will I get it to file for a tax credit? I’m so glad we pulled our kids out of this place. The rude and dismissive behavior on the phone regarding the EIN was my last straw and I decided to give this review.

I wanted to report the teachers of the infant room here but didn’t know if I have a case. So I will just warn parents of what I saw on the tour I had made while searching for childcare for my toddler. The teachers I met were in the infant and toddler rooms. All the children seemed very unhappy. Several were dirty with snot coming out of their noses that looked as though it had been there for awhile. One smelled like she had gone potty and no one changed her. All the toys were dirty. One of the kids hit her head and was pretty upset. The teacher tried to get her to come to her but the child appeared fearful of her and actually tried to come to me. The teacher spoke to them in a very aggressive and cold manner. I just didn’t like her. I was on my way out but left my sunglasses in the room and went back. I suppose the infant teachers thought I had left because one picked up a very small infant roughly and another had a 2month old or so on a diaper changing table and just left the baby there!!! I nearly lost it. Do not leave your babies here please!!!
