The Barrel House Gardens and Grand Reserve were amazing! I chose to have my entire event there, rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. They were very helpful and answered all my questions as the big day approached. They made sure things were done right. The food was amazing and the staff were wonderful! I, my family, and my guests had an amazing time!

I’ve been to several events at Grand Reserve and always appreciate the upscale atmosphere. I have been to beer festivals, Tops events, and other private events that all were perfect for the setting. I really like the bar, it’s so modern looking. Would be perfect for a wedding reception, party, etc.

Great Venue for an Event! New Years Eve was wonderful. Absolutely fabulous catering By Bluegrass Catering. Light beer cheese on crispy cucumber refreshing yet filling. The coconut shrimp was perfecta!!! Big juicy shrimp and large shreds of coconut. Crust was perfectly done. The caterer kept all the dishes filled up promptly through the night. Fab! Band that played a huge variety of music that fit all age groups. The only suggestions I have are more chairs and better coat check.

Nice event space. I loved the exposed brick walls — it gave the place some character. It seemed liked a really nice venue for weddings and receptions with a bar set-​up at the back and plenty of room or tables and a dance floor. The food was tasty (I’m not sure of the caterer) but we enjoyed the pimento cheese and meatballs. The bar staff was friendly and they had fair prices for the cocktails.

I am on the board of a nonprofit organization that recently hosted an event at the Grand Reserve. We previously held an event at the Barrel House and had a great experience working with the Bakehorn family and decided to have another event there again. This time, we had more attendees, so they moved us over to the Grand Reserve. The décor was classy, the food from Bluegrass Catering was delicious, and a wonderful time was had by all!
