The owner Ron cheated me out of 200 bucks. Sent me a used item when he promised it was new. I tried working it out with him but he just would not. Wouldn’t take back the item. Also when I tried to discuss the problem with him he was extremely rude. Could care less about he customers. If you are buying Elzetta or other various things; buy it directly from the manufacturer and say clear of him!!! So sad that people are willing to cheat a customer out of money rather than maintain the integrity of the business.
