Hampton Inn

We left the Quality Inn because of their horrible horrible customer service and checked into this hotel for the remainder of our trip. From the moment I called to see if there was any availability I knew I had made the right decision. The customer service rep was friendly, informative, and helpful! We were able to check into our room a little earlier. There were complimentary delicious fresh cookies, fruit infused water, flavored coffee all in the lobby for us to have. The rooms were clean, smelled good, the beds were very comfortable. The hotel offers free membership to a nearby gym. The gym is huge, clean, organized, and friendly. The hot breakfast in the morning was amazing! You can Make your own waffles with different toppings and syrup options. They had oatmeal, eggs, toast, pastries, so much to choose from. The dinning area was clean. Free wifi and a business center. Truly a great experience I would recommend everyone to stay here!

We had a great stay at the Columbia/​Lexington Hampton Inn. At first I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have a fitness center. Instead you have free access to a Gold’s Gym that is a short two minute walk away. It is far better than a fitness center.
Everything was clean, bedding was excellent as you would expect in a Hampton Inn, along with free Wi-​Fi and free breakfast. About the breakfast. The breakfast attendant was Vi, and she was great. She is friendly and helpful and sees that everything is fresh and well stocked. Good selection of different foods.
At the front desk Kathy was friendly, helpful and always cheerful. Our housekeeper, Trish, was helpful as well and when we had a small request she was happy to help and did so with a smile. All in all it was a great experience. Neighborhood felt very safe.

Clean, good service, spacious rooms, better than average breakfast, neighboring Gold’s gym pass included, free Wi-​Fi. Our dependable place to stay when visiting family. Highly recommend!

The bed is THE most hotel bed I’ve EVER had; I don’t want to get out of it! Soft sheets and bedding, fluffy pillows I requested a smoking room and ended on non smoking with no option to switch. It’s kind of a pain when you’re in your jammies and have to change & run outside for a quick cig. 1^st morning room cleaning was poor-​ish. Did not refill the empty Kleenex box, no new coffee packet nor hot cups left for us. Upon leaving, my hubby was doing the «room sweep» checking to make sure we did not leave anything. He opened the dresser drawer and found someone had left a bunch if their underwear and Rogaine. So obviously room housekeeping leaves something to be desired. Did I mention the bed was awesome though!!! That’s what bumped it up to 3 stars.

Stayed here on a business trip for 1 night. Right when I walked in I was greeted with free cookies which were delicious. Unfortunately, I think my husband and I were the first gay couple the girl at the front desk ever dealt with because she couldn’t understand why two guys wanted to share a room with 1 King Size bed when there were plenty of rooms with 2 queen beds. In any case, the room we stayed in was clean and the free continental breakfast was good.
