I am very, very disappointed in this establishment. Being a first timer I expected more. The service was undesirable, I could get better at McDonald’s. Charging for a dressing with chicken tenders is completely ridiculous! The salad portion was the size of or smaller than a kids meal. With this experience I don’t believe one star is even deserved. Completely in awe.

Worst experience at a Hooters ever. Our fries were brought out separate — and 20 minutes before our food arrived. Plus I had to pay extra for my kids to have dipping sauce with their kid’s meal. Had to hunt our waitress down for menus, silverware, refills and even one of our kid’s meals!?!
Our bill was $ 100 … Could have gone to Rally’s next door and had better service & HOT fries. Won’t go back :(

So my co workers and I went together here after work to eat dinner and get a few drinks. Our waitress and service was very UNsatisfactory. The waitress was rude, forget full and not a good server. My drink was no kept full I had to order 3 Times cause the waitress kept interrupting me and leaving. We all were unhappy and that sucks cause we would have loved to leave a BIG TIP and a Great review. , hands do bad service. May give them another chance at SOMe point, but not looking forward to it cause of this. Btw I NEVER GOT MY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE… EVER, NOT GOOD SERVICE

I love breaded wings! This freaks out some of my wing aficionado friends. I’m from the south and I want my fried chicken rolled in flour. Hooters has a full bar these days and an expanded menu. This is a location that has good service.

Don’t call the restaurant to order food because they WILL NOT ANSWER the phone any day at any time.

I visited the establishment today and have never been spoken so rudely to by a «restaurant manager» in my life and I’ve been in the business over 20 years. Will not be returning due to the way she treated us!

So it has been 10 years at least since I have visited this establishment and I will have to say the menu has grown and the options are much better than they were before. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and onion tangler’s which were both pretty good. All 7 people with me tonight enjoyed their food and the atmosphere. They place was rather calm as it was late Wednesday night. The server was nice and attentive and everyone enjoyed their food. I’m not now nor I have ever been a fan of the Orange 80’s jazzersize shorts for the women as the black option is much more flattering and better fitting FYI Hooters corporate. I may come back here again late night when it’s a bit calmer like tonight and try out some of the other menu items but all in all a good trip to Hooters!

Have not been here for awhile, remodeled place. Very nice! Same usual fare with some nice lunch specials to choose from! Busy as always of course. Food is good because you know what they serve. Good bar fare! Only problem is kitchen needs to speed up. A little slow considering what they have to make. That’s really all as it is fun to visit each time. will return!

The new look inside and out is great! I was very impressed with the outside bar and a new real bar with mixed drinks. The new large wing sauce selection is very tasty. (The ones I have tried)

Stopped in on our way to Gatlinburg figuring it was a safe bet. Well here is an example of «not all of a chain restaurant are equal».
We have been to MANY Hooters but this the 1^st one in a strip mall. So 1^st off it was cramped in there. We got our drink order in then our food order in a timely manner… then waited… waited…and WTH… waited!
When the food came it wasn’t as hot as I am accustomed to… but really didn’t have any more time to wait over a half hour for a redo.
Waitress was bland. The buffalo shrimp greasy. The music so loud I couldn’t talk to anyone at my table and had to ask the waitress to repeat what she said more than once.
I probably will pick one of the many other choices if I meander that way again.

I am usually a fan of hooters eat-​in. They have trouble with the to go orders on the other hand. Got to-​go last week for the game, waited at the bar while it was being prepared. I would love to have enjoyed a drink, but wasn’t even approached by the bartender in the 30 mins we waited. We saw our food sitting, getting cold for over 10 mins before we flagged down a manager about it. He was very nice and apologized for the rude service and offered us a credit on the next visit. And when we got home, the order was completely wrong btw. Anyways, so today I decided to take him up on the credit and give them another chance. Once again, get home and the order was wrong. Sandwich had no sauce, which I was told by the girl who answered the phone, very smartly, that it was baked in. Whatever. It was dry and bland. No fries either. So I spoke with Brian, again super pleasant, and explained the situation. He apologized for the order and offered to replace the food or another credit. So long story short, eat in, enjoy the view, but check your to-​go orders before u leave the store. Best thing about this location was the friendly manager Brian.

Food was fresh, service was excellent. I had the 10 piece wings with curly fries and a tall Samuel Adams Octoberfest to top a horrible week.

It’s hooters my second visit to this location I am not a fan I like the sports bar theme but the food is just ok, I tried naked wings today I think roosters has way better wings and food, of course we go here why? Is it for the girls? I observed today they are busy it’s Sunday and its football but all of the girls were walking around with sad faces more like zombies no energy, no one seemed to be happy to be here! Maybe it’s just me but the novelty of this place has grown old.

There was 15 of us and the ladies did a great job serving us and keeping our drinks full and food coming. I commend those two ladies for taking on such a task.

Got to be one of the best staffed Hooters I’ve been too, and that’s quite a few. Great talent… but then you just go for the wings, right?

I used to go here once or twice a month, but the last few times their food and service quality has gone to crap. good wings require being shaken or basted evenly with sauce. this store consistently does not shake the wings in sauce, so only small parts have anything on them, and the rest of it tastes like grease. if i am going to have wings, the calories /​fat /​and grease, they need to taste worthwhile.
was there last week and the waitress didn’t order any sauce on my wings or the guy’s chicken sandwich next to me. instead of taking the food back to be shaked in sauce, she brings out a side — thanks for nothing.

More times than not, the wings i have had at hooters have been good. once in a while they will suck, but not usually. Great atmosphere, cold beer, sports, and the Hooters girls — what more could you want?

This is the same food in every state. It’s not life changing, but kids eat free on Saturdays and dollar beers currently all day Mondays is pretty sweet. Most of the servers know me here and treat me very well. The owner/​operator/​manager? Mac Weir, good guy. He will do what needs to be done to make sure your experience is all it should be. I admit it. I’m a fan of Hooters restaurant because no matter where I travel for work, they are always close by. They are a constant, like the newspaper USA today used to be.
I love that the crablegs and Carolina steamed oysters are WAY less expensive here than in San Diego. Go figure.
The girls that work here are fun and work hard to make you happy.
