I’ve had the opportunity to work hand in hand with JA Wood Management for nearly six months now.
From day one their team has jumped in with both feet and eased a transition that would have been otherwise chaotic. All members have been extremely polite, organized and professional.
Along with their fantastic organization and prioritization skills, they have proven to be a tremendous resource when dealing with a number of complicated building issues, boiler issues /​water heaters, commercial and residential HVAC equipment, unit turns, ice dam removal /​insurance processes, and fire systems contrary to the other reviewer. They have efficiently dealt with the repair and management of multiple wet /​dry systems, all related compressors & alarm panels without confusion.
Their team has proven to be very well equipped for the job and an unexpected bonus was how much of a resource they have become for all things related to business solutions & managing workflows.
At this point, after the worst winter on record in and being left with a large amount of damage from ice dam issues that were out of anyone’s control, I am looking forward to working with JA Wood and would not feel comfortable with anyone else handling these issues now or going forwards.
