I contacted Jason on a Wednesday before our planned weekend to house hunt in Lexington. The other realtor I had contacted was not able to make plans to show us houses. Jason turned it all around for us, spent all day Saturday and Sunday showing us houses. I can’t say enough about Jason’s ability to put us at ease during this stressful time in our lives. He made our transition to Lexington much easier than I could ever have hoped.

As a mortgage planner in the Central KY Real Estate market I have the opportunity to work a lot of Realtors and Jason is one of the best. He genuinely cares about his customers and always looks out for their best interest. In addition to that Jason is one of the best negotiators in our market which is what I think is them most important trait when selecting a Real Estate professional. Whether you are buying a home or want to sale one, you will not be disappointed if you select Jason as your agent.

If I was buying any type of house in or around Lexington, Jason is who I would go to. Not only would he be the agent I’d work with, he would be my first recommendation.
After spending the last few weeks with real estate agents, many of whom I didn’t trust. I’ve come to realize the importance of trusting the agent. If I don’t trust them, I won’t buy from them. Jason is someone who I trust. I would trust that he had my best interest in mind and was not out to «just’ make money. Jason is the type of person you want to see receive a large commission check.
