Just picked up 2 Vito’s…bread in… extra oil & vinegar. Simple right? Not for these guys, unfortunately when I got home and to our disappointment the subs were completely wrong. Close to no meat, bread out, missing the tomatoes and onions… no extra anything! This will be my last experience at this sub chain.

I occasionally pick up subs here but I think I have made my last visit to this location. I cannot remember this store ever getting my order right. Inevitably, when I unwrap the sandwiches there is always a mistake. I understand that mistakes happen but they should be the exception, not the rule.

Love the sandwiches here! Super fast just don’t ask for many changes to the sandwich as it will not be right. Drive through at night is guaranteed to mess up your order. 9⁄10 times and I’ve just stopped going after 6 pm. It’s all kids managed by kids and they have music and smokes on their mind more than making your food it seems. Also Jimmy got rid of the salt and pepper sometime ago and that makes no sense to me but I’m sure he saved some $$.

Looking for something remotely healthy on this side of town without breaking out the debit card? Well this is one of your very fee choices. It is what it is, definitely better than subway, the kitchen is clean, and the sandwiches taste like they should. Would recommend for a quick meal. I can’t give it 5 stars but there is nothing wrong with it… just plain olé subs like they always have nothing special

Great sandwiches when you eat in, but if you want delivery you will pay almost $ 2 extra per sandwich. And none of that goes towards tip for the driver. That’s right $ 10 delivery charge for 5 sandwiches.
Great sandwiches, not worth the highest delivery charge in Lexington.
Tip: there is a service in Lexington that will pick up and deliver any food you want for $ 4. You can do the math.

While Jimmy John’s may not be the cheapest sub, nor do you get the biggest sub for the buck, it certainly hits the spot if you need the food quick and guaranteed satisfaction with every bite.
Every Jimmy John’s sandwiches are tasty. I’ve tried nearly all of them. My favorite is the ultimate porker and the beach club with peppers. I just wish it was a tad cheaper and more filling.
This store location can take orders on-​line, has a drive thru window and offers free wi-​fi.
