Brought 3 JoS. A. Bank suits in to be tailored. They were supposed to call within 10 days. 19 days later they still hadn’t called. So, we called them. They responded that the suits had been sitting in the back of the store and that they would have them done by 5 PM that day. 5:30 rolls around and the last one is hurriedly finished. The manager had already gone home without seeing the job through. Similar experience with another store in Louisville. I would recommend not wasting your time with this company.
