Who doesn’t stop a Kangaroo Express to pick up a soda and some lotto tickets, especially when you’re visiting from somewhere (Hawaii) that doesn’t offer this fun and socially beneficial (SC Education) past time. I don’t always expect someone to be in the best of moods when employed as a cashier, but at least fake it. The cashier here was Miss Crabby Patty, and to make matters worse … I didn’t win a dime.
