I don’t even want to give a one star to this place. I am so upset for my mother right now that if it weren’t for the fact I have to be home with the kids… I would go down to this location and give the staff who worked there at 6pm on 7÷7÷16 a piece of my mind. My mother who is Italian and English is a second language was treated like a piece of trash. She was totally ignored while the staff spoke to the other customers. She stood there for nearly 15 minutes waiting for someone to take her order and they pretended she wasn’t even there. I’m not sure what the reason was but I can only assume that this was discrimination. I will be contacting whoever I can to file a complaint but seriously, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

First off, the dining room was filthy. Paper, food all over the floor, tables, dirty Windows. I ordered and it literally took 15 minutes. During this wait, another customer and I smelled cigarette smoke! We were near the counter(no cars at the drive thru, I checked) — I think an employee was smoking IN the back! My food was cold and disgusting. I didn’t eat it, threw it ALL away. Will NEVER return!

I don’t write negative reviews, but when I do, they are worth it. Avoid this place at all costs. First, I was not expecting speedy service: KFC is known for being slowly cooked and slowly served. So when I pulled into the parking lot and saw 4 cars in the drive-thru, I decided to go inside. One long, horrible story short, it took me 10 minutes to be acknowledged, 5 minutes to place an order for a Popcorn Chicken Go Cup, and another 15 minutes for the employees to bother with giving it to me. With the exception of the 4 cars in the drive-thru, myself and one other customer(who had already ordered) were the only customers. Why I wasted my time here, I will never know. All I can say is that hands down, this was the worst fast food service I have ever seen. I mean, they didn’t even try. I used to work in a quick serve restaurant too, and there wasn’t a single employee here that had enough self respect for themselves to do this job well. I wanted a refund and to leave before my food came out, but I doubted the employees had the mental capacity to handle such a task. On top of it all, my food was cold and stale and the same 4 cars were still in the drive-thru. Do not waste your time or money here.

I just went to the Drive-Thru and left after approximately 15 minutes of waiting. I had 1 car in front of me, and noticed as if service seemed to be slow. To track myself, and make sure I wasn’t just being impatient, I started a timer on my phone. 10 minutes after starting the timer, I drove away. Add the 3 or so minutes I waited before starting the timer and you have approximately 15 minutes in the drive thru of a fast food business. I contacted corporate, and hope they will fix the problems with this particular location. KFC is very close to losing a customer

This review is for KFC in general. It always seems like the service is slow(or the fact that I come in just for one simple sandwich and I am always behind someone that is ordering a multitude of items). Service always seems to be slow(what is the point of fast food ???). This location(along with another location) has managed to drop some of my money through the drive through(when I paid for my order) and proceeded to tell me I had to come up with the extra money — even though they are the ones that dropped the money! I am sure if it was the other way around(them returning my change) and they dropped some of my change — they would not reimburse me for the change they lost!

I went thru the Drive-Thru for lunch. The speaker is great, I can hear the employee and they can hear me(I assume, since the order is always right). Everytime I go thru the drive-thru, the employee is nice and very polite. They never fail to thank me for coming, which is nice these days. I got the BBQ sandwich combo, which is a good lunch value for a little over $ 4.00. Also nice to be able to choose seafood if I’m not in the mood for chicken or if I’ve got my picky-eater teenagers with me.
