I love the selection at King’s! Their prices are a bit higher than what you’ll find a the box stores but they also offer more variety and higher level of service as well.
In addition to a great selection of trees and plants, they also have a small gift shop. In the shop, they have a great selection of fairy garden accessories, garden flags, bat and birdhouses, and other cute items.
Be sure to sign up for their email list and you’ll get notices about sales and occasionally a coupon.

I have bought numerous shrubs, annuals, and perennials from King’s Garden over the years. Their selection is pretty expansive, and they do well maintaining their stock. If you need a great service experience, you may want to look elsewhere, as their employees don’t seem too well versed in knowledge of the products they stock/sell. For me, its no biggie, as I’ve been working with plants for over 20 years and always know what I’m looking for/needing!

I have bought four trees from King’s Gardens. They take very good care of their plants, so the quality and health of their merchandise is superb! They also have the largest variety that I have seen in the Lexington area. Four stars because their customer service leaves something to be desired. They tend to pass you from person to person, and you’re left very much on your own to make purchasing decisions. One employee actually told me to «google it» when I asked him about a plant. Even though I can never receive help at King’s Gardens, I will surely be back because of their selection and quality.
