I went here because my husband does, and he’s never had a complaint.
I don’t have any faith in their eye care facility. I waited nearly an hour to be seen by the Dr. (I scheduled an appt, I was not a walk in). While she was nice, she had trouble deciding which strength was best for my eyes concerning contacts. Sent me home with two different strengths, the strength I’m wearing right now is definitely too strong. My copay was supposed to be 10 dollars, they charged me 65(I really don’t care about that, but if you’re on a budget, you might want to rethink it). I went here thinking they were professionals and I left thinking what a bunch of amateurs. I’ll most likely end up trying the other set of contacts (hopefully they don’t make me feel strained like these do). Hopefully they work or I will have to go to either Walmart, or drive back down to Richmond to see my old Dr. Either way, I’m not happy that I chose LenCrafters, I’d rather drive 30 – 45 minutes out of the way to get good service, and they’re getting two stars because they were polite and the office was clean.

Clueless. Not helpful at all. Very disappointed. Called beforehand to make sure they could help me with the service I needed. When I arrived it turned out they weren’t able to sell me glasses (hello, LensCrafters) and was made to feel like a pariah for asking for glasses with the up to date prescription from my contact lens boxes.

I enjoy the fact that I can schedule all the children’s appointments online, have it added to my Google calendar and get email and text reminders. The doctors are friendly and very good at what they do. Front office staff is nice and efficient.
The glasses side could really use more staffing on weekends. The lady’s and gents are extremely helpful and friendly, but at times you can wait for awhile and they have limited seating. They really could use a total of ten chairs so people can sit instead of standing.
Went back in two hours later and the kids had their glasses. They’re thrilled and it didn’t break the bank.

The staff here are well trained and very knowledgeable. Nothing but the highest quality eyewear come out of the lab. The cumulative experience of the staff measures over 50 years. Also, one of the top rated labs in the region. They definitely show how much they care about your vision.
