I would not recommend leonard cravers appraisal services I am very displeased with the appraiser and appraisal they did for me. The comparable s I don’t think where comparable to my home there for bringing the value of my home down. When I questioned the appraiser Jim Nance his response to me was you find me 3 new comparables and I will review them what did I pay him to do. He said he would take a look at it and get back with me. He also hung up on me in mid sentence. By the way has of Friday June 16, 2016 it’s been two weeks and I have heard nothing makes you wonder if they treat all their clients this way if you question their work
