Was in Lowes today and received great service from several people. Ally and Gary S. in the paint dept. were a great help. Ally was funny, fast, and helpful. Gary S. steered me to a better paint that was only a little more but would be better for what I am painting. Kathryn, the cashier, was fast and very friendly. Only reason this isn’t a 5 star rating is that I had to wait a considerable time in the appliance dept. for someone to help me and the people that I tried to get help from were not all that friendly.

Today’s visit was just okay for me as I knew more than the individual helping me and that is never a good thing when I’m not a professional and they are but all in all I like the store and what they have to offer. This location has the best choice for outdoor plants ect than any in town. I will go back here when I need to buy I would rather visit the Hamburg location.

Only reason im not giving 5 stars is because they didn’t have Toyota Forklifts in stock. (needed for my sister wedding) other than that great place to go and look around.

Ask for a guy named Ernie he is super friendly and very helpful. My girlfriend and I bought a washer and dryer they helped us with the things we needed and had it delivered to us the date we scheduled with them.
