The customer service is good & the drive through is very efficient. One of the better run & convenient McDonald’s in town. With the food it’s hit or miss, but mostly miss. Big Macs had way too much sauce, gross. And last week I got a chicken sandwich but the chicken was raw! I was chewing and felt something hard in my teeth & it was a hard piece of white chicken meat, totally raw! Disgusting. Strangely, the last time was also the first time my fountain Coke was flat in all the years I’ve stopped there. I’ll probably go back because it’s convenient, but they really need to make sure the food is at least cooked before serving. I’d rather have over-cooked than undercooked food anyday!

Tried one of their new Lettuce & Tomato Sirloin Burgers and I have to say, not bad at all. I mean, it’s McDonalds. If you want a real burger go get one, but if you want to eat something in a wrapper from the comfort of the drivers seat of your car, this was a very good sandwich. It was the best burger it could possibly be given the circumstances:) and I appreciate that!

Was quite surprises that I received 2 calls from McDonald’s. Funny part was that neither read on the survey they sent to me to call me in the evening instead of during my working hours. The first gentleman that called seemed kind of irritated that I could not talk with him due to me working. Haven’t heard a word from him since. The second person to call left me a voicemail. I tried 5 times to contact her back with no success. I guess their office people follow instructions like some of their employees.

Beautifully designed and recently-built exterior, but never judge a book by its cover. Inside the men’s bathroom was filthy, there were stinky customers whose odor almost caused me to toss. Machine was broken when I was there so no shakes, no sundaes, no McFlurries. The personnel looked dirty and were carrying a boisterous conversation with each other.
Across the street is a clean Arby’s with the sweetest cashier and yummy Crème Brûlée shakes.

It is pretty from the outside since its a newer look, but I think there is something funky inside. LOL
We went through the drive threw to get our 2 large coffees with 6 creamer and 5 splenda and the lady took the order. Then with a bit of dead air and silence comes back with «BACON!»
We said «What?»
“DO YOU WANT BACON?!“
WTF? Where did that come from? lol
We had only ordered coffee and it was even lunch time. We will see what happens on the next venture to this joint.

Nice redesigned McDonald’s. Very nice inside and out. Menu’s are very hard to read and very hard to find what you are looking for.
