McDonald’s

20mins for 2 ice coffees from a bunch of idiots! This place should be shut down or they need to train their employees!

It’s McDonalds… there shouldn’t be much more to say. Except this McDonalds is different. The food is good and the workers try hard to be awesome. But, the ownership sucks.
They implemented a new policy that any credit/​debit card bill over $ 30 requires I hand over my driver’s license to be copied and documented in addition to the normal autograph I provide. I have a family of seven, so of course this applies to me every time.
On top of that, the owner doesn’t keep equipment up and running. The pop machine is always broken, causing delays and while I like my food fresh, this McDonalds is never fast food… everything is a wait.
I’m frustrated to the point that my family won’t go there until these things change.

McDonald’s was a nice little pit stop for my friends and my road trip from Chicago to St. Louis. This was about the halfway point for us so we just got gas and coffee before continuing our road trip. Service was friendly and their bathroom was clean!

We stopped here on our way to Texas and the place is dirty. There was food on the floor and on tables. The trash was gross and there were Many mosquitoes. The workers shrugged it of.

It would be too easy to give this McDonalds one star. With a revolving door of employees and limited menu that has no grilled chicken, salad, or ice cream, this location certainly won’t win any awards. However, three times in the past week I have been given (awarded?) a free coffee for no reason apparent to me. So, despite the limitations, they do try. And, being as Lexington has little else to offer me as a tax paying citizen, I’ll continue to patronize this place.

We all head to McDonald’s with expectations for «fast» service and consistent food. The drive-​through was incredibly slow, and fortunately, I checked my order before I pulled away because it was someone else’s order. And, they didn’t ask if I wanted sugar and/​or cream in my coffee. Truly, the worst McDonald’s that I have ever visited.

Beware — this McDonald’s does NOT serve salads and does NOT serve grilled chicken. I don’t know what else they do not serve, but those were the only two things I eat from McD, and I was forced to leave hungry.
