NTB Tire & Service Centers

In and out in a reasonable time. Purchased tires last year at NTB. Took the Escape back in to have the tires rotated and front end alignment check. Auto service is a thankless job. You can’t please all of the people all of the time. The staff was friendly but didn’t have the reservation I had made on the NTB website. It wasn’t an issue getting me worked in and was in and out in around an hour.

I give them 5 stars because they’ve always taken great care of all my car needs. I bought tires from them a few months ago, and the free tire rotation and check up they provide is an added bonus. The staff is very friendly and quick to take care of whatever you need handled. They’re short staffed so it’s understandable that things don’t get done as fast as they themselves would like for them to get done. Overall, I’d recommend this place for all your car needs.

No. Never again. For a while I took my car there if it needed work, but my family is never going there again, not after the scam they tried to pull on my wife.
A few years ago, my wife took her car there for a routine oil change. My wife knows a fair amount about cars, but we didn’t live in a place where we could do our own automotive work.
The mechanic tried the old «air filter» scam where they show you a very dirty, filthy air filter and say it’s the one from your car, to sell you on having them replace it, and some other work.
The problem there was twofold, my wife had the air filters replaced at her last oil change so that filter wasn’t very old, and she knew what the air filter for her car looked like, and it wasn’t that. They were showing her an air filter for a completely different car and trying to insist that she needed lots of car work because of it.
She decided not to tell them she saw through their lies, just refused any of the various extra work they insisted she get. She paid for her oil change and left, never to return.

I took my car in for a tire patch and an oil change. They called me and told me that my power steering pump had failed and needed to be replaced. They also told me that the front struts were leaking hydraulic fluid and needed to be replaced. They quoted $ 1055 for the total repairs. My family mechanic found no problems. He called NTB and asked why they recommended those repairs. NTB admitted that my car did not actually have the problems. Don’t let your loved ones step foot in this store!

Stopped in for 2 new tires & an hour later they called & tried to upsell me brakes, wipers, & a valve cover gasket.
I put new brakes & wipers on it recently myself so I know they didn’t need replacing. I did need the gasket, so they made a little more than I planned on, but not near as much as they thought they would.

If you enjoy your money being swindled away, then this is the perfect place for you! I was told that I’d need to get my back brakes and both pairs of struts replaced, putting me at a total of $ 600. I went somewhere else, they said that’s not necessary at all. They even showed me the brakes and how they’re not worn down. Dishonesty just lost NTB a customer!

Nice clean place. I’ve been shopping with NTB/​NTB for a long time. I’ve never had a serious problem with them. They always do a good job. I hope it continues.
