I Took a package there Wednesday for Friday delivery. They couldn’t process my transaction due to an issue with the processor, yet no call was made to try and correct the issue. I had to leave my Credit Card info, with a «I promise I will call you once it goes through» needless to say no call, however I did see the transaction on my Credit Card. So I called Thursday and got a «well it got so busy I forgot» but here’s your tracking info. Ahh can you e-mail it to me? Yes and I had my receipt soon after. I check the tracking number and saw that it was in Charlotte, NC and forwarded the info to the Seller in Illinois, and it showed Delivery by end of business Friday. The item needed to be there by Friday to avoid any penalties. I get a call from the seller that the item wasn’t going to be delivered until end of day Monday. Needless to say he was ok with it because it was now going to exceed the return time and I was now going to incur penalties and he wasn’t going to help with the shipping cost. I call Pak Mail and got a «oh well, you’ll have to take it up with FedEx it’s not guarantee. I stated my dissatisfaction she gave excuse after excuse and I could tell I t was going nowhere and that she could care less. So, I asked to speak to the owner but he was working at his full-time job. Ok have him call me so that we might be able to get somewhere with FedEx as it was now sitting in a truck waiting for Monday delivery. Well needless to say not a peep. I’m done 2 stars is being generous. I got a message from the owner shortly after this post. He assured me that he would look into it on Monday and let me know.

I have been to this location several times and have been happy with everything. When I have a no-charge item to mail, they are always nice about it. My packages have always reached their destination! I will return.
