Do NOT give them your credit card information, no matter what they say.
My husband thought I might want to do this, so he gave them my card number to reserve a price and was told it would be a monthly membership only if I came in to sign paperwork for the actual membership. After seeing charges on my credit card, I found their location and went in. They tried showing me membership papers that they put my name on, but they weren’t even signed so it was irrelevant. They are making me feel like a liar, but they confirmed their system also says I never used any services they claim I signed up for. Diane, a district manager who explained she was the top person in charge and had zero supervisors agreed to refund 38 $ and could give me store credit for the rest, but I was charged over 90 $ total over 2 months and have no interest in tanning or their lotion. I never signed up for anything or bought anything, I didn’t even know where the business was located. Beware! This business is very sketchy. I would not give them your card for any reason. They are not BBB accredited either, that should tell you something.

I just moved from the Dallas area, where PBT’s corporate offices are located. I used their Dallas local line of tan stores, Planet Tan, and have always been happy with the service and products.
The Lexington store is very clean and large. They have a variety of beds at different levels. They just have one spray bed, from what I could tell.
The girls I have met at the front are always super friendly.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is very friendly and the salon is extremely clean! They have reasonable prices that work for anyone. Palm Beach is always doing some kind of sale so it works out! The owner is super nice and handles any complications you have! The staff is always willing to give you advice on which beds, which package, which lotions… Everything! There is a lot to choose from as far as beds and lotions. They have chapsticks, headbands, moisturizers. Everything you need to enjoy your beautiful tan! I absolutely 100% recommend this place!
