Love them! So good with the kids. Friendly, great with the parents. Take their time not rushing. They actually allow for a certain amount of time per patient. And if they think they may need to have a talk when you come back in the walk to the desk and tell the receptionist to set out a 20 or 30 minute block. Whatever they need! What doctors do that? Usually they are running in and running out. Very happy with them with my kids who really love the doctors.

As I’ve reviewed before, this office is great to get into. They now have a separate well clinic at the Harrodsburg rd office on the second floor. This is great as to avoid any illnesses from those that are coming in due to illness. Dr Ison is great with a great personality.

4 stars for nice employees and nice doctors. The waiting room at the Harrodsburg rd office is nice and has a fun aquarium. I like that there are two offices. They were able to get my daughter in on short notice after she took a hard fall and hit her head(she’s a toddler). It was the worst fall she’s had and they got her in and x-rayed within an hour! 1 star docked because I have had to wait a couple times in the patient rooms for a long time(15 – 20 minutes once). Also, I feel like the two doctors I’ve seen so far at this practice know far, far less about allergies than I do. I have allergies myself; it’s a lifelong educational process. My daughter has multiple food allergies. We are seeing a different doctor next week at PAA. The receptionists are totally fine with you asking to see a different doctor, which I like. It’s nice that there is a variety of people you can choose for your child’s pediatrician.
