We just moved to Kentucky from California and I had 8 big portraits /​artwork to frame and no idea who to call. Thank goodness I found Picture Perfect. Gerald asked all the right questions about where the pieces would be displayed and how, and made excellent suggestions. Some needed UV glass, some needed no glass at all, and we even had a really old map that required lots of extra care. Gerald also told me the pieces would be finished in about 2 and ½ weeks but they were all done early! Now I’m at home with them all and everything looks gorgeous in our new Kentucky home. I can’t thank Picture Perfect enough.

We’re so glad we found Picture Perfect for our framing needs. We were looking for three special shadow box frames to complement some batik artwork. Gerald provided a few excellent styles that we quickly agreed were perfect. He and his staff are highly experienced craft people that provide a level of service seldom seen. We highly recommend them and believe their pricing is extremely fair. We will certainly return for any future framing needs.

This place was WONDERFUL! Great selection of mats and frames, knowledgable and experienced staff, and absolutely incredible service. I had a painting framed for my fiancé’s birthday, which happened to fall on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, and I was out of town until the Saturday night before so I couldn’t pick it up mid-​week when it was ready. Instead of making me (and my fiancé) wait until Tuesday during normal store hours, they opened the store on Sunday morning just for us so we could pick it up– and it was beautiful! Thank you Picture Perfect!

Had a fantastic experience at Picture Perfect. They helped me articulate what I was looking for, showed me great options, drew out and gave me an accurate estimate, and then followed through sooner than promised with a fantastic product — I framed the invitation for my best friend’s wedding and she LOVED it. I was thrilled with the outcome and the quality of the work, and will absolutely return to Picture Perfect in the future.
