Pretty sweet deal. I write a review about them and they find a minuscule detail that I did not like and they send me two free pizza gift cards. I needed that. Kind of slow on work with my independent contractor stuff and could use these so I do not starve. Thanks again Pie Five! Also, a shout out to all other businesses in Lexington that have given me free gift cards. It is these businesses that I tend to highlight because customer service is off the charts when I get handouts!

I like it for my diet. It’s a make-your-own pizza. It’s surprising good for any dietary issue/restriction – vegan and gluten-free options. The people who work there are very friendly. We went there on a really busy night, and they ran out of mushrooms. My husband was pretty disappointed, but we understand that it happens.

Mediocre at best. Pizza was very bland and didn’t taste very good. Only reason I came was because I had a coupon, but it wasn’t worth it. There’s other pizza restaurants exactly like Pie Five in town that are much more worth your time. Their spicy marinara was actually spicy though, so I’ll give them that. But it wasn’t good.

I can’t stop thinking about the pizza I had. It was really good. The pizza was two slices too much for one meal, but it didn’t last long after I got home. We went to the new South Broadway location, and I enjoyed the experience. Mine was a classic pan crust with tuscan marinara, mozzarella, bacon, artichoke hearts, Italian sausage, and caramelized onions, with a magic dust finish. The tuscan marinara is very mild. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

This place only gets two stars because I’m not a fan of fast cooking. I’m just not a fan of the whole quick cook kind of process. It was kinda sad to see how they make pizza. I’m more of a sit down kind of person and wait for the right pizza to be made. I won’t be coming back here. Just not my thing. Being a New Yorker my soul won’t let me come back knowing they make cheap pizza. But for anyone else who wants a quick and cheap pizza this would be the place for you.

I am loving the pizza revolution that is recently overtaking Lexington. I’m thinking PieFive was the first to hit, but I may be mistaken. I hit up PieFive for dinner Friday night as it was the closest of the three different new personal pizza places. Have to say, it is my least favorite only by a hair and a thin one at that. This is still awesome pizza! Especially for being in a mall. First up, the best way to describe this sort of pizza is «Subway Style» only better than Subway of course. Pick a standard pie and customize if you wish, or go pick each separate topping you want and they run it through the oven, done in 5 – 7 minutes. I got the Pesto Chicken Alfredo. Nothing added. Was tired and uninspired to do any of that this time. Pretty good, little light on the chicken. Loved the pesto squirt on top though. The crowning achievement here however, is the chocolate chip cookie pie slice. So soft and ooie gooie. That is what brought my review up to a four. Will be going back for that if nothing else.

I stopped at Pie Five for dinner the other night and it was really good. I like that you get to watch them make your pizza and also the fact that all the pizzas are the same price no matter how many toppings you choose. You can either create your own pizza or pick one from the menu. I tried the Five Star and the Athenian — both with the classic pan crust. They were delicious(I liked the Athenian slightly better). I am excited to go back and also glad there is another location opening in Lexington, since I don’t always feel like fighting mall traffic and parking when I’m eating out.

My son and I tried this pizza joint while we were shopping and needed a quick dinner. We both enjoyed the fact that the pizza was made in front of us and that they had several sauces and toppings to choose from. Everything was fresh and good. The pizza was ready very quickly and seating was adequate. We will visit again.

There is only one pizza place that should exist in a mall and that’s Sbarro’s. The pizza they serve at Pie 5 is like a glorified frozen pizza compared to Sbarro’s. A clever name won’t cut it here in Fayette mall, or maybe it will, still not a fan though.

I’ve been meaning to visit here for a while, and today I finally got my chance! The store itself was clean and new, which makes sense this store is still quite new. I had a few minutes to scan the menu, which was nice because they have quite an extensive list of options. I’m uncertain as to how many crust choices, but they had whole wheat, pan, thin crust, and I think maybe even thick crust. I was a little surprised to see them hand-knead the dough into my indivisible crust — I figured it would all be pre made. I opted for the farmer’s market(lots of veggies, cheese, tomato sauce) with added sausage and bacon on whole wheat. Yes, I was attempting to be healthy-ish. I feel like I have to compare it to Blaze because it’s the closest comparison I had. I really feel like Blaze has more topping choices and a much better crust(not due to type, but by oven). Whereas Blaze uses a brick-fired oven like Smashing Tomato, Pie Five uses a conventional conveyor belt oven. There are trade-offs, however. Would you rather fight mall traffic to eat pizza or drive downtown and hunt for parking spaces near campus? Now when Uncle Maddio’s shows up down on Euclid, it’ll be a whole different story… Over all, Pie Five makes a pretty decent pizza. Not my personal favorite, but definitely nowhere near the worst.

Very good, very fast. Pizza in under 5 mins. Not bad prices. The only thing I seen is most of the staff could be a little more friendly. As well as 2 of them have there pants hanging down past the buts. Really was surprised that the managers would allow that? Other than that the food was good. $ 6.99 for a pizza about the size of a standard plate. :) I’ll go back.

I was very disappointed with this place. I ordered a thin crust pizza. My crust wasn’t completely round and when cooked it looked horrible. I honestly can’t believe that they actually used that dough to make my pizza. Once it was cooked, it looked like someone had eaten part of it. A huge disappointment. On the upside, all of the pizzas are $ 6.99. I love pizza but I can’t say that I will go back.

After hearing a lot about Pie Five through Unilocal and friends, my husband and I grabbed a late lunch here before some people-watching at the mall a few days ago. We don’t like the mall, but Pie Five has an outdoor entrance in addition to a mall entrance. Despite the crowds finding last-minute holiday gifts, we were able to grab a parking spot not too far from the doors of Pie Five. Win! Once inside, we quickly scanned the menu — with their classic offerings or make-your-own options, and decided to go for some of their creations. I ordered the Farmers’ Market pizza(cheese and veggies on a wheat crust) and my husband had the Buffalo Chicken pizza(buffalo chicken stuff on a crust… don’t ask me, I don’t like buffalo chicken). Both pizzas were made super-quick and tasted great! Fresh and filling but not too heavy. My husband also added a caesar salad, which he said was«normal.» For fun, I had a beer, but was really disappointed to recieve it in a can, and not a bottle. Especially for nearly $ 4. Note to self: never get beer here again. BUT, $ 7 for a quick, hand-made personal pizza that more than satisfies? Yes, please! If we ever come back to the mall and get hungry after all the walking around, Pie Five is staying in our rotation of places to eat(and there aren’t many places here that appeal to us).

Went to try this new pizza pie place. Their concept is like chipotle pizzeria in Denver but I think it was Alrite comparatively. Ordered the pizza that you can create yourself choosing your topping, sauce and cheese and pie was ready in 2 – 3 minutes. Good thing was that it had whole grain option also. Pizza taste wise was ok too. Nothing exceptional but I felt the shop was not very clean. I might go again to try 2nd time but their was nothing spectacular…

My first visit to Pie Five. When I first walked by it seemed to have a long line but it flows pretty quickly for it to be a fix as your order place. I like that you have the option to add what ever ingredients you want and it’s all for one price! No charge each topping. I tried the whole grain Neopolitan with ham, people pineapple, mushrooms and black olives. The mozzarella tasted fresh. You can make your pizza as a salad in a pizza bowl as well. They also offer gluten free pizza crust, but for those that are allergic to gluten I’m not sure how well they keep it separated. The employees friendly. Nice seating area inside and out. It’s a nice addition to have a restaurant on that end of the mall actually inside the mall. I’d definitely go back again.

This was my first ever visit and I found it to be just ok. It’s kind of like a Subway/Qdoba for pizza. The menu was not very exciting — there was nothing I saw and immediately thought, «Wow, that looks amazing! I need that!» I finally settled on a buffalo chicken pizza made as-is. I found it to be dry and kind of bland. It needed something… maybe bleu cheese crumbles or more sauce? It might have also worked better with a ranch dipping sauce. I tried the sweet tea, as I do everywhere, and it was just ok as well. It seemed watered down or something. I will say, though, if they ask you, you absolutely should get the«magic dust» sprinkled on your pizza. Although not magical enough to save this pizza, it is pretty good.

I tried this pizza for the first time at a Unilocal event the other night and it was fabulous! I had the opportunity to try several different types of pizza and loved them all. I highly recommend this place!

I have tried some of their pizza and I really enjoyed them! Their concept is that you walk in and out in 5 min with fresh hot pizza, which is amazing! I think they have over 60 toppings or something and you can get them all if you want lol for the same price. Def worth a try and my favorite is their deep dish cheese and Tucson!

Good price, pretty good pizza, Staff are too lax. Pizzas are 6.99, includes all toppings. Side salads are 2.99 or 3.99(I don’t remember which) My experience was great the first time! Staff were funny but often didn’t even know what ingredients were or what they tasted like. Some of them spoke very quietly. My next experience was similar but I brought a friend who is intellectually disabled. Because of his disability, he takes longer to order and more prompts. I found that I had to direct the ordering process for them instead of them trying to talk to him and understand what he meant. He enjoyed his food though.

Very much like«subway» for pizza. They will add more toppings if it looks sparse. Spicy sauce is very spicy. All the toppings are really fresh. Cook time is 2 minutes and 5 seconds.
