Well I used to love it. I now give them .5 stars but don’t see the option. Third time having problems with Pizza Kovachi honoring their coupons/deals. There are no expiration dates on their coupons. Spent 10 mins on the phone trying to get them to honor a coupon I have in my hand. Had to talk to two people. Seriously good pizza but gotta say Chris, the service is unbelievably bad. I am going to continue to post this problem on every social site there is to point out your poor customer service in hopes you’ll fix this issue. If you don’t want to accept a deal or coupon that you print or post on facebook then put expiration dates. Won’t be going back. I seriously refuse to do business with unprofessional businesses no matter how good the pie is. Just a piece of advice If someone has a coupon with no expiration date I suggest you honor it! Stopped in for a slice one day and there were workers there but no slices. This is the deal you promote the most. Where are the hours? When can you do the slice deal? Where is the consistency. Consistent customer service and proper training is the core of any business. Guy on the phone didn’t know what he was doing. Kept asking other guy if they would honor the deal. Family is sad because I REFUSE to go back until they fix this nonsense. #Kovachi #KovachiBadCustomerService. It is sad I’ll be having to make my own pies to get the quality I want. I am a good promoter of things I love. A buddy moved down from Jersey and let him know how good your pies are. I tell everyone I know how good your pies are. But after 3 Strikes on deals I’ve had enough. Will spend as much time if not more telling about my 3 bad experiences. All I wanted was your tailgate special – two 16″ pies with 2 toppings for $ 19.99. Seems like a bad deal to loose a bunch of business over such a silly refusal to take tour own coupon with NOEXPIRATIONDATE!!! I suggest everyone inundate them with the deals I posted from my former goto fridge Pizza place. Pizza Kovachi

Yum!!! Love their pizza. My kids beg to get pizza from here instead of the chains. We love their pizza so much, we haven’t branched out and ordered anything else. Service is excellent and quick.

Love the pizza. My favorite! I’ve moved from another state and I’ve tried all kinds of pizza but still find this to be the best.

This pizza is hands down the absolute best pizza that I have tried in this state. Actual real NY style pizza done well is hard to find, I love this place and their garlic roll things are great too but could use a side of marinara. I will never eat pizza anywhere again.

In a world of «fast food» pizza joints Pizza Kovachi’s is a nice change of pace. I really like their crust, the pizza toppings taste fresh and it’s never dripping in grease like I have come to expect from chain pizza places. I have also ordered the Greek salad and it has lots of fresh veggies on it, nothing wilted or brown in site. Yes I do spend a little more here but I think the extra few bucks is worth it. They also deliver!

Pizza is possibly even better now than their old location. Have now ordered here too many times to count(11⁄2015) and every time we get the pizza home it is still piping hot and cheese is ooey gooey delicious, great pepperoni, sauce and crust. It’s delicious and absolutely the best in Lexington and our go to anytime we want pizza for more than $ 5.

This is my favorite pizza place in Lexington. They’ve got a great Tuesday night carry out deal that you can’t beat. The owner is a nice guy and the young men that work with him are courteous, as well. NY Style Pizza isn’t easy to find around here, and Kovachi’s pulls it off well. Their crust could be a bit more flavorful, in my opinion, but it is still delicious. Their pizza is obviously homemade and fresh, unlike the chain stores in the area. For a $ 3-$ 5 extra, I’d rather support a small business anyways!

Loved their pizzas when they were a full service restaurant. The pizza, I would have rated at an 11. They were that good! Miss their salads, eat in dining and being able to enjoy a glass of wine. Stopped by their new location and understood it would be a carry out. I did not call ahead and had a nice wait, which was not really a problem. I ordered a large House pizza. The toppings were nowhere as plentiful as before and it was certainly not worth 21.50. Very doubtful I will return.

I wanted to enjoy the food, but couldn’t. Very blah. Had a gyro, Greek salad and a side of pasta salad. Not much taste. Will try a pizza next time, and if that’s better, I’ll edit my review.

We liked Kovachis on occasion when it was a full service Italian place, and it took a while to figure out where they moved to. It’s at the corner of 6 and 378 across from food lion. It is now just a take out place. They deliver if you live close. They have a 10 $ 1 topping that would easily serve 4. We opted for a large calzone and large Greek salad. Calzone was decent. Was cold in the middle. I also like my veggies sliced really thin in a calzone so they get at least sort of cooked. The onions were good, but the green peppers were cut thick and still raw. The salad had lots of toppings, but needs more lettuce. I had at least 12 olives and 8 whole peppercini in the salad. but less than a cup of lettuce. It also says greens on the menu. Iceberg isn’t really a green. It’s a little on the pricey side at 20 $ for a large well adorned pizza. It takes a while, so I would call ahead if you do order. There is no seating to eat in. They offer single bottled sodas and 2 liters. I might try their specials again, but I don’t think I’ll spend what the regular prices are. 356-toss is new number for takeout. Their old number is disconnected!
