Love it the staff is encouraging and helpful even if you don’t use the personal training services, I know I always have questions and talk a lot but they don’t seem to mind. To the teachers and staff of Proof Fitness Thank you. I don’t know what else to say your great

This seems like it would be a very nice gym, I will never find out. I went in to try the week trial and the manager pushed me too uncomfortably hard to enroll before I even experienced the gym. To me this is bad business and have me entirely the wrong impression. They talk about enrollments being down, perhaps it’s because you’re trying too hard?

I am really impressed with this gym! It’s sort of a blend of a huge corporate gym and small personal training gym. The equipment is top of the line, the staff is nice and helpful, and the classes are diverse. The location is great for the Tates Creek area. Only negative: Hated the spinning instructor’s style. Talked too much! And the sound from the speakers sucked. Overall, great gym!

This LA Fitness is definitely an awesome facility. I have taken advantage of one of the gym’s opportunities and that is personal training. My personal trainer that I have is Harlan and he is by far one of the best personal trainer’s that I have had. He is very encouraging, motivating, challenging, and knows when to push me when I need to be pushed. He also is very empathetic to any concern I may have and answers all the questions that I have; and I ask a lot of questions! I definitely would recommend this gym and especially Harlan: D

The positives(in my opinion) are that the space itself is very attractive and spacious, they have a large quantity of equipment, and prices aren’t completely unreasonable. I do not like that their«promotions» and therefore prices are always changing, so signing up for a membership is frustrating in that the price is always different depending on the day you’re there, the person you talk to, etc. Also, when I first went and wanted to do a trial membership, they tried VERY hard for me to sign up for a membership without trying anything out, which is suspicious to me. A good gym should want you to come try it out and be confident that they will impress you. They also advertise that classes are included in membership and some are, but the ones that are included are classes that are not very popular and scheduled during the work day for most people. The more desirable classes at better times are an additional $ 5 each. Finally, most of the cardio equipment has an individual TV which I tend to like, but the number of channels is very limited. I think this gym does have potential, but really wish they would focus more on their gym and classes and less on their complicated marketing and promotions. I did not purchase a membership for this gym, but did try it out for five days, and felt that other gyms in the area(which I also tried out) were ultimately a better choice.
